7/16th's ARP main stud torque specs?

    After browsing through ARP's torque spec sheet, i cant seem to pinpoint an exact torque spec on the 7/16th's 190psi Main Studs ( torqued with 30wt oil)

    also, im guessing ARP studs use the same tightening sequence as Ford does?
