    Hello all,

It's time to retire my good ole wore out 289 and give my Fairlane a new heart. I have a D4 block that's going at least 30 over to clean it up. My plans are to run a stock crank, scat H-beam rods and forged slugs (not sure what brand yet). Price Motorsports dual quad intake and 4bbl throttle bodies to keep some classic styling. Megasquirt to take care of fuel and spark. Add twisted wedge heads and a pair of turbos and should be well on my way of around 700hp goal.
Here are some current pictures and a video at Beech Bend a few years ago.

Thank you very much for the pics and info. I would like to see how they dump in the front. Did you have to make any engine compartment mods? I'm figuring I'll have to relocate the battery at the very least.

The falcon is a skinny Minnie compared to the fairlane. I had to cut into the shock towers. You might not half to. The collector pipe will tell you where the turbo will be and what side. They were cut and vbands added

The pic is of the kit when I bought it. It was in a 65 mustang . I bought it off him. He made it with help.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]#ad

There have been some developments. I got a sweet deal on a 408w forged stroker kit. Eagle crank and rods, Malhe pistons, zero balanced. Afr 205 heads. Couple of rollercams, full roller rockers, solid lifters.

Only problem is it's 12.5 to 1 compression and radical cams. I'm thinking either sell my 58cc heads and get some Afr 72cc heads or replace flat top pistons with dish pistons. Questions comments concerns welcome.
I dropped the block off at machine shop today.
