well, here i am trying to make a cam choice for my car....

I have a 4v 4.6 stroked to 5.0, 18cc dish pistons, mild head work, sullivan intake with HPP upper,
4r70w lockup auto, twin turbo's 6266 precision turbo's, AMS-1000 and meth kit... I am having trouble on cam choice... I am looking for a turbo cam that will not make me have valve reliefs in the pistons... I am looking to make 1K RWHP on pump gas with the meth... up to 25psi of boost... and would like to keep peak power around 6400-6600 rpms

I am not opposed to notching the cam saddles, just dont want to have valve reliefs in the pistons... anybody know? please fill me in what cam will work, and what lift/duration I can use to accomplish what I want...

    info on my motor...

    Bore 3.582
    stroke 3.750
    rod length 5.850
    dish 18 cc
    heads 51 cc

The MMR cams all require notching the pistons.

Bullet cams are turning out some real good cams for modulars

They make the cams for most companies out there just like comp cams
In other words when you buy a cam from x company most of the time is made by comp cams or bullet....

I hear ya all out there... 1/4/street car, and definitely dyno queen...lol.. is really what I am after 1K rwhp on pump/meth

I am truly thinking of the CMS stage 3 turbo cams... :) that is really where I am leaning currently...

I have a set of MMR stage 3 cams in my 32V Lightning, made 720/700 on 93 octane with moderate timing. They sound pretty docile but they made good numbers.

I have comp stage 2 blower cams in my mach1 which also made good numbers. Looking at the cam cards between the two sets, the MMR's are not radical by any means but they do work.

My comp stage 2's require no fly cuts also and sound pretty good
