Well I posted it in the build post but I figured I would post it here as well. Car is getting close to being done so we took it to the rollers to see what it would do. First trip we took the car on e85 and ran 40-41 psi, 11* of advance at pk tq and 13* at redline, netted 832/567.

Came back next trip on e98 and 1-2 more lbs of boost and a little more timing and netted 888whp

Car seemed to be chocking at this point on the 1.01 turbine housing so we swapped it to a 1.28 and tried again. This time the car made some power 1033/658.

Car is on a 2.0L aluminum rod motor. It is however flat out of fuel as you can see on the last pull, FIC 2150cc injectors where at 100% duty cycle and just having problems keeping up. We will be adding 4 1000cc secondaries and switching from the 74mm 4202R to a billet 76mm compressor.

Look forward to hitting the track after that.

very cool ride man, what do you expect it to run? Is it stock block, stock ported head, crank?

Block is half filled, bored 20 over for the pistons.

Head is stock ports, casting flaws cleaned up, oringed, with upgraded springs and retainers. Car spins to 10k, we did not on the earlier pulls because the turbine housing was chocking the motor. 1000hp run was to 9400, with the additional fuel we will go back to spinning it to 10k.

expect it to run? I hope to the other end of the track without ejecting driveline parts ;).

You gained 145 whp with just a housing swap? awesome. I gotta try going to a larger housing, i think mine are restricting abit as well :)

It weighs 2645 without me in it on radials, 40lbs less on the smaller wheels and slicks.

I gained about 40whp at the same boost level with the housing swap. With added boost the housing made 145whp. The smaller housing was starting to choke at the level we stopped at.

When its just idling around its actually very quiet. Under power, thats a different story.

Hope to make some test passes at the track tomorrow.
