not alot of us go into the newbie tech forum probably why it was missed! Possibly only new people do. Most of us reside in the other turbo forums but I will start browsing that as well.

The ams500 has 2 stages and the ams1000 has 6 , 7 if you count the launch stage. Both are very easy to program. You can contact me at 334-741-7100 for some more info .
    regards,

I've been using my ams500 for a while now
It's very accurate and it does exactly what you comand
I use it hooked up with a CO2
Never tried it with manifold pressure

I got a 5lb. aluminum co2 tank from local welding supply
    for about 90.00$ filled
Fittings and black nylon line from RPS
I mounted solenoids on aluminum plate and attached with rivets to right apron in engine bay
control unit/AMS is mounted inside the car
I dont have any pics and car is at my work completly appart getting new paint and safety upgrades(roll cage, window safety net....etc)
I use a simple co2 pressure regulator from local welding supply, but If I was to do it again I would get one you pictured above from NLR

when you say that you are using a stand alone, are you referring to the ECU or to some other brand of boost controller & solenoid?

    BTW
I am ussing a classic F.A.S.T. stand alone with a eboost 2...<that I just sold to get the AMS hardware>

I plan on using my bs3 to control boost with CO2, but I have heard great things about the ams-1000.
