The piece thru my Cowl Top is steel. It has a straight section with a tight radius 4" 90 deg elbow on the back. The back has a V-Band for the Aluminum tubing that runs along the floor and back to the intercooler. The front has a weld bead along the edge for a silicon hose coupler directly to the TB.

The Elbow between the Cowl and the Dash Bar is steel, you can see the v-band where it transitions to Aluminum. You can also see the black body sealer.
I figure if I ever run the ran without the intercooler in the passenger compartment I can just cap the steel part thru the cowl.

    It's an old Chiseled 2500 unit . . .

Bottom line, think it out, figure out how things go in and out of the car, do you want to remove the Instrument Panel to get to a V-Band??

I think the feed and return need to be bigger . Most dr guys use 20an or as smalll as 16an. I have a 1in. outlet and 2 3/4" returns on my tank

I agree on the inlets and outlets, you want 3/4" minimum. Mine has 1" in and out and 1/2" for a drain fitting. Figure out what pump you plan to use, most will be 3/4"

Why so big?? True Street? 3-passes with no ice?

Also if that's so large, where is the fuel tank going?

Pump will be a Rule 2000.
The inlet & outle will be 1 inch .The drain will be 1/2 inch.
Yes, I will be running true street. 30 mile cruise & 3 passes full of ice water.
The Ice tank is goin to seat between the tubs .<plenty of space back there>
    Fuel cel left, hand corner..
