    General Modifications:

    Engine: Stock
    Heads: Stock
    Cams: Stock
    Transmission: Stock T5
Clutch: SPEC Stage 3+ with SCO (in the works)
CHE 4 inch Aluminum Drive Shaft
    CHE Drive Shaft Loop
Stock replacement GT 8.8/3.55:1 with the axle tubes welded
    FRPP Diff Cover
    BMR LCAs
BMR Adjustable Panhard rod and relocation bracket
    Lakewood 50/50s
BMR Tubular Rad Support/Swaybar delete kit (not going in till spring)

    Components:

    eBay T3/T04E .50 A/R Compressor, .57T Wheel, 63 A/R Turbine, T3 Footprint.
    eBay Blow-off valve
eBay boost controller (failed: would not boost past 10PSI)
    Replaced with Gillis Valve
eBay External Wastegate (failed: Spring rate was 6.5, would boost to 15PSI where I would lift/short shift)
Replaced with Turbosmart 38mm Street Gate
    AEM Wideband
    Autometer 30 PSI boost gauge

    Fuel/Tuning:
    Xcal2 - Pro Racer Package
    Stock Fuel System
    Stock MAF
    39# Cobra injectors

    Above to be replaced/upgraded with:
    Siemens 60# injectors
    a KB Boost-A-Pump
    Diablo MAF.ia

    Hot side:

2.5 inch after CATS to Y pipe
2.5 inch wraps the oil pan from the driver side to front passenger side in to turbo
3 inch down pipe out to the back of the car
Wastegate is just after the Y under the transmission

    Cold side:

2.5 inch from turbo to IC
Bar and plate IC 24X10X3 '“ 29 inches tank to tank
2.5 inch from IC to engine bay.
4.25 inch from pipe entering bay to stock TB
    Stock MAF

    Results so far:

    10 PSI 334RWHP / 400RWTQ

    Clutch was slipping

    12 PSI 349RWHP / 424RWTQ

Spun the clutch on the first attempt at 446 lbs ft.
Second attempt noted above I nursed the car to mid 3K before gliding into WOT

I'm not a tuner yet, but I'm getting there. I need to work on ECU aspects beyond the MTF to get the idle and idle A/F sorted out and just haven't got around to it. I'm not going to bother now until the new injectors, BAP and MAF.ia are in. I'm stuck where I am clutch or not. On the 12 PSI run the pump was at 98% DC, the FP jumped to 60 PSI with no correction and I pegged the MAF at 5197 RPM.

Oh, and there is almost 9K miles on that China turbo from 7-15 PSI

Turbo location and incoming exhaust : Y pipe off of CATS - yes, it could be 50 state legal.

    Wastegate location :

Old intake pipe : New intake pipe - I was running into the failed MAF table by 3K in any gear under spirited load so this was the solution.

This is what you see when you look in the engine bay : Don't see anything special here right? ;) - well maybe if we move some stuff...

Thanks for looking. Questions, observations, suggestions all welcome.
