Can anyone tell me if a 2003 Lincoln Navigator has a return or returnless fuel system? Also I was thinking because it’s dohc maybe put it on 6psi boost would that keep power around 400hp and safe on the stock engine or can it be pushed up to 8psi or so?

Its a returnless system. Rods won't hold up to more than about 400HP in a stock block, but the engine can be built to take a LOT more.

Which engine is in your navigator? 2v or the 4v either is available. It would take a little less boost to get to your 400hp target with the intech 32v. Like Ken said the rods are the weak point
