Here are some pictures of my single turbo project. CX hotside little modified for a Tial 60 mm waste gate and made a brace for some support of the turbo weight, dumping the waste gate to the down pipe. CX cold side and a Tial 50mm bov. Precision 7675 cea wheel.

I checked out the build thread, very nice car you have built.
Can you explain how you are able to adjust the boost levels on the draw through set up you had before?
I can only imagined your frustration buying parts while you are in Europe, it’s bad enough in Canada.

 

Thanks! The intake manifold is a 2 pice, there are metal flaps in it and when the turbo starts spooling they close and your getting boost. There is also a little check valve the round one. That opens when it hits 10psi. #ad

You appear to be too good at the fab work to be running that cx racing junk in my opinion. I hope you take that as the compliment it was meant to be.
I very much like the look of the car.
Please let us know how the msd handles boost.

 

Working on these older cars for a couple of years will give you fab skilss lol. But have to say fitment wasn't that bad.

 

Almost done, made the exhaust today. Some small things to do and then ready to make the first test drive.
