1/8 mile times first time out

    i got my 347 setup 10.5.1 comp novi1000 supercharger at 5-6psi..well my first time out i just tryed some 1/8mile runs what do u guys think...


    60ft----1.56 stock leaf sprins with traction bars
    1/8mile time waz 6.58 at 103..what do u guys think my 1/4 time would be..

    Some where in the mid to low 10's.

    How much does your car weigh without you in it...

    6-8 more lbs Boost and Easy high 9's in the 1/4
    bottom 6's in the 1/8

    well my car is 2900lbs with me in it and 1/4 tank of gas..

    Dang, mines a 67. And I weigh 260. I need a stiffer wastegate spring. :(

    You get that thing to hook a bit better all motor, and that thing will be flying... :2thumbs:

    yeah, just turn the boost up a bit and low 6's 1/8.... :2thumbs:

    Thats light for an oldie! :D

    Sweet car.. Estimated 1/4 time would be 10.38 @ 128 mph
    Get it to 60-ft better and it should run 10.0's :2thumbs:

    That's about right. Twofast is at about 6.47 with a 1.52...runs 10.00 @138 and some change.(I'm stalking him)

    i come up with 10.20-10.30s and i agree with the caltrack suggestion. they work

    to get my 60ft better i was gonna try to get some ladder bars or a set of COMPS slide-a-link...
