it's a 71 celica that is being tubbed with a 4 link
chassis kit from chassis works.
the rear-end is a 9 inch ford with a 411 gear 35 spline spool 3 memeber
12 point chrome-moly rollcage
Kirkey raceseat

the engine will be a turbo 2 liter twin cam 18RG with 20r forged pistons.
the bore is 90mm and ARP custom head studs.
it also has a stock 18rg EFI manifold and a hk$ turbo exh. manifold.
the head has a match port job. Stock cams and stock valves. it has 430cc supra injectors
the turbo is a big T4
Tial waste-gate(40mm) and Tial blow off valve (50mm)
Supra R154 transmission
it has Corolla AE86 front struts and Aerospace Components
4 pistons calipers and big rotors
1960's Nova 5 lug front hubs
Coil over shocks in the front and back
Weld wheels 15x3 (22.5) and 15x12 (28.2)
with mickey thompson slicks
and more
Now with a supra
2JZ-GTE

Some of it.
I had a very good chassis shop do the tin and the cage.
I maybe cutting out the firewall next. A 2jz would look very good there.

HEY ! I was just thinking how cool that is, back when I was a teenager all my friends had those, classic body style !

Of course that was in AUSTRALIA. I would love to have one of those.

I love the way old school 'Yotas look, and with those tubs it looks really badass!

have you ever thought about putting a V8 in there? :-X...A mod 4v would look MEAN as hell under that hood, lol!

then there is my good friend that also has a 71 celica with a 1jz is his.

I think I may do the 2jz later. It's easier to get parts then the 4 cylinder engine
