My new combo is a 355 sbc with a single s400, unmodified. I have a custom cam from comp and the usual csu carb. Ev hat, I will be buying all new fuel system, neal transmission glide and I already have the new stock suspension pieces from spohn. Here are some pics. We are running motor plates too. The car is a 83 Trans Am.

The first pic is what the car used top look like. The second pic is of all the goodies. The next pics are the motor plates, suspension and the header that we just finished building yesterday. Where I live it was -45 C and we stayed outside in the garage for five hours HAHAHA now thats commitment.

And I did some welding on the car mtself as well yesterday. My friend Rob usually does all the welding on my car but yesterday I was practicing my welding for the second time ever and I welded a v band flange on myself, here is the pic.......... be gentle! But in saying that, constructive criticism is welcome. HAHAHA

nice looking start! Just got a few questions for you. What brake setup are you using? Also what are your cam specs, and do you have any other pics of your old build, that one is like 1"x1". Thanks man, Keep up the good work!

Ever thought about using a Mikes Transmission Glide? Its what we use in the Top dragster and super comp car and we have NEVER had one problem with them!! Just a thought for ya.

The collectors are three inch and the drag race sway bar is a spohn.

Got some more work done built the turbo mount which is removable and built the crossover it's coming along. I knew that there would be some use for my old rear sway bar......I didn't think it would become my new turbo mount HAHAHA Pics!

Glad I am not the oly one braving the cold to build shit. Looks good. It was -15C this morning with about 6" of fresh snow.

Crossover is finished. Now we are taking things apart to finish the exhuast which will be tuff. It has to run under the headers under the spark plugs above the starter and between the motor plate and the frame YIKES but we will make it work.
