Ok I have a huge problem I am completely stumped on any help would be great! I know there are a few extremly smart turbos guys out there, please add your 2 cents!
ok I have made a custom turbo setup on a 351W.

The turbos I have used are t3's .60/.63 from turbo stangs.

The problem I am having is that the turbos have been freshly rebuilt by a descent turbo company and after I had purchased them they do not spool any boost. I can see the impellers spinning when I remove the intakes. All of my pipes are fine. They do not leak! Before I had drivin this car I could hear the turbos spool with a few good revs to about 3500-4500. Now when I do this again I cant even hear them start to spool or anything.
I drive the car and it falls on its face starving for air.
Is there anyway to check to see whats going on without tearing the turbo apart?
Any suggestions on what I should do? (The cheepest way!)
One more thing I am not positive about the pipes as the welds are tigged and they are really nice without any holes in them.

The lines are setup: one from each turbo into the intercooler and then one 3" to the throttle body with the mass air inbetween that.

    Again please HELP!!!

    Thank you

Sounds like your wastegates are stuck open to me. Internally gated? Even with little holes in the pipes you will still build boost. I would definatley start with the wastegates.

I am sorry but what do you mean tighten them up? You think that the exhaust is blowing the flapper open? Never thought abou that it was possible. That would be great if that was the problem
    Please let me know

do you have them hooked up to the wastegate solenoid? Are the boost reference lines hooked up correctly to the solenoid? That's what I'd be looking at.

Everything is hoocked up correctly though . All lines are routed corretly and everything seems right. The waste gate is the only thing I could think of. Is there anything else?

if the compressor housing isn't clocked correctly you could end up with the valve not being closed all the way because of the actuator position, you should have to pull the rod some when you put it on the valve so that the spring pressure will keep it closed, assuming you're using the internal wastegates.
