Hi. Had this car for 18 years. Bought is for 3 hunid dollas back in the day. Im getting ready to retire from the Chair Force so I decided to go Nuts. Suspension is an aje k member with sn 95 spindles Maximum Motorsports coilovers. 14 inch gt500 rotors. Bilsteins Front and rear. 35 spline 9 inch. 3.23 gears. Now for the part you care about. 79 460 block bored to a 472. Solid lifter cam. Custom ground Bullet cam 114 lobe separation angle .595lift Running 20x10 rear tires and 18x10 fronts with 295s on all for corners. I plan to run the Texas mile one day. I built a cage that ties the whole car together. But still allows for daily driving. You will notice the door bars drop down and hide in the floor so I don't have to jack with them when cruising. I still have a back seat so I can take my kids for ice cream. Car still has a radio and a heater. I even planned for ac because Texas. I tucked the cage as high and as forward as I could. I did all the powdercoating and all the fab. Speedmaster boss heads intake, and valve covers. Holley terminator efi. 3650 with adapter and g-force gearset. Good to over 1000hp. Twin disc rxt clutch. Yadda yadda yadda. Just look at the pics. You aren't even reading this are you.

Trans is built with g force gears. Built for well over 1000hp Its way stronger than a built t56

I imagine that the lack of traction will help the trans out. :drive:

I like it all, except the adapters on the front wheels. Never a fan. Which trans is that? Looks like a T56 with an adapter. Who made the heads? A friend of mine raced a boss 429 and was very successful with it. He still builds a lot of them. Really like seeing something different like this.

3650 trans. With gforce gearset. Rated to over 1000hp. It will be fine. G force says no one has broke one yet. I plan to run longer studs on the front instead of bolt on spacers.

Oh, I read the first post, just spaced the trans. Guess I couldn't believe it. Time will tell on the trans if you give it traction.

    Hyper fuel 40020
I bought it because it us way cheaper than aeromotive and supports more fuel. Dual 340lph plus it works in tanks as shallow as 6 inchs

No, this is like the other guy posted. It allows you to mount an intank pump into a tank that didn't come with one.

My car was the unwilling gunna pig for the Aje 67 Fairlane crossmember, I see it still doesn't fit just perfect on the frame rails, mine is the same way, was not pleased with how I was treated by Aje, you are a smart man for sourcing the other components elsewhere.

    Super cool project you have.....
