I'm pretty sure there are some pre-turbine leaks right at the cylinder head flanges. It is the first real lesson i've experience about welding metals and warpage. Something about excessive heat on one side and not the other will warp the part and it won't be flush with the head anymore.

anyways i've been bored ha ha ha

The axle needs to be braced even better so the wheels dont rip off the whole backside from all the torque. want to lengthen and widen a bit as well.
If i finish this barbie kart ( lol ) it's going to be almost too much. At WOT it will be for sure. Can't wait to scrape my back while driving 25+mph all the way down the highway.
    ......
I'm deciding how to repurpose the electric wheels. I'm considering a front wheel drive mower/kart. The one i did 58mph on.

You can lap the flanges flat and get that fixed, just takes a flat surface, sandpaper and lots of time

very good suggestion. I wonder if a machine shop would charge me a billion $$ for 10minutes of labor with a minimum fee of 50hours. (you know what i mean)

I am thinking about droppping $10 for another coupler so i can do a compound setup. The exhaust wont be compounded but the compressors will.
[ lol, i'm throwing money at it in high hopes now ]

Just wanted to see how much air each turbo pushed.
The second test, the bag either got caught on something or burned by the exhaust.

I'm not sure if i should say sorry for the ads on the video, but i rather say thank you for watching. Without those ads i wouldnt have 2 turbochargers and a few other things. I'M BROKE. Jobs are scarce and telemarketers will flood your phone. i missed a GOOD job that paid $18/hour because of those god over sea motherfuckers spamming their bullshit at least 10times a day.

Why do you need a new cam?

If it runs good now Before you put a cam in it why not put a better clutch in it.

I installed dual valve springs rated to .690 lift , reground the cam to .630 lift with some added duration and custom length ( 7.350" ) chromoly pushrods for it.

The cam duration was too big and wanted to push air back out during the intake ramp. Now if i made this 3.8 a stroker it would for sure work great.
Won't happen in the near future though.

That's a massive amount of lift. Who did the re grind? What are the other specs?

This is my final and last post for this thread. After everything was finished. :

Don't copy my build. It isn't worth the time.
Only reason i am stopping is because i MUCH rather do a 5.8liter engine swap. I could easily gain more power with this 3.8 but why should i when a 5.8 engine with the accessories will only cost $200 used at the salvage yard.

Anyways, was a good learning experience and i learned a decent amount on ECU tuning.

Giving up on turbo? Or the v6? In the video it didn’t sound too healthy. Don’t know if it was the audio or it wasn’t running on all six cylinders.
