well I've got the new cylinder head now flew down to sydney and picked it up in person ive left my old head with Joe the head manufacturer he seems to think he will be able fix it so ive moved onto getting the new head set up,

ive noticed a few small changes in the early heads like my old one and the new ones but ill try to keep everything the same so i can interchange with out issues.

also the new one is bare as cast it has cnc ports inserts fitted guides installed. so ive ordered the valve guide reamer for the guides so there is no need to put klines in it straight away. once they valves fit i can set it up on the mill and cut the valve seats, I'm going to try and use the twin shaft platinum rockers ive got they didn't fit properly on the old head so im hoping they will fit the new one better.so all in all i feel i got the new head for a really good price and i don't mind doing the finishing work on it.

    Cheers H

    thanks guys,

yeah i stay as positive as i can but sometimes it just gets u down, but things are starting to happen hoping valve guide reamer rolls in next week I've done the spring pads , ive also pressure tested it to 35psi in the water seems fine so thats a bonus, i will get some pics up soon ive changed web hosting sites for photos as photo bucket has turned to shit since they updated it.

looks like I'm starting a new job in a week or so aswell so i may struggle to find time for a month or so as ive not worked since february my own choice its been a great time.

    Cheers H

i fixed the timing cover for good this time aswell. i deleted the top bolt so its now only got 2 bolts holding the crank trigger sensor but I'm sure that will be enough.

Nice update there. I suggest upgrading your cellophane head gasket. Lol.

Uniqueness of this build is awsome.
