thanks for the reply, the car is a 1951 Plymouth Cranbrook, has a 94 5.9/518, looking to make around 5-600 hp, probably closer to 500 to be realistic although i won't complain if its more, I'd like to run 10 psi max, for now. I currently have a Mopar PCM and a J&S Safe Guard to make sure i avoid detonation. i'll be adding a FMU and going to ugrade my fuel pump as well but it has a Walbro 255lph/60psi pump and vac reference regulator at the moment. I still have stock injectors but plan on swapping to 24lbs/hr 4 hole style. I'll also be installing an inter cooler to help with the intake temp.

You're going to need quite a lot more injector than that. Ford SVT Cobra injectors (39lb/hr) will get you around 400whp ->~480 crank.
If you running an intercooler, you should run at least 14psi for the power level you'rs looking to achieve.
You'll also need to run a check valve to your MAP sensor to protect it from boost.
Reach out to Ryan, https://www.frptuning.com/, and let him know your goals and your parts list. He'll be able to help you match the two up, so that you achieve your desired results.

I'll check with Ryan and see what he says, I'm going to try to stay at around 10 psi max for the time being and creep up on additional boost later. I plan to start between 5-7 psi and go from there, that way I can try to avoid any damage, since this is my first turbo project I want to be conservative and not throw my engine internals all over the floor.

Edited to add: I also found a product called an EMC Tuner which is a piggy back system, I may look into doing that to tune the engine since there are no shops near me that off that service.

Something else for you. Dakota-durango.com and Dakotart.com. Check out the forums on those sites, the all have the magnum drive train, many turbo and SC trucks on there. You be able to look into many different setups, that have and some that haven't been successful.
We've run up to 17PSI on my dads stock '92 5.2l (on accident) and never blown anything off of it. My car runs 8-10 psi with no intercooler, just Water meth injection.

I forgot to ask in my last reply, how do you protect the map from boost?

Probably a one way check valve

Just to add to that, it would need a T, and a check valve.

is there any particular product made for this or just a T with a check valve? I looked through some stuff after searching for this on google and it seems Honda has a product just for this, but i can't find anything for the Magnum motor or a universal product other than vacuum T and check valve from an auto parts store.

All you need is a vacuum t, and check valve from the parts store. Install the t in the line, and install the check on the third leg so it can vent boost. It will have a small boost leak, but not an issue. If you believe the leak is too large you can install a restrictor before the t.

I just got the new fuel block off made, used 1/4" aluminum and installed a -12 an fitting in it, also have the 12 an hose ready to go for the drain from the turbo, i'm still waiting on the waste gate adapter to get here so i can finish up making the bracket to mount the turbo. its going to take more time than i thought to get this done, at least the car is still running for the moment, and i can drive it if i want to.

I mocked up the turbo today, and found a minor problem, its about 1/2 inch to high and the hood hits it, now i'll be trimming the bracket down and moving the the mounting holes for it so i can lower the turbo down about an inch. I may also need to change my 12 an fitting for the drain at the motor to a straight fitting instead of the 45 thats there now. Gotta love the little things when doing fab work.

I got the waste gate installed, as soon as i have pics i'll put them up, V bands are kind of a pain in the butt.

I was trying to get the oil supply hooked up going from under the pressure sensor for the oil gauge, but I can't get a wrench on it, its way to close to the firewall. Now I'm going to install a sandwich adapter and run 4 an from there to the turbo, a little different route than originally planned but its better then pulling the motor to get access to the pressure sensor to remove it.
