Switching from Procharger D1SC to S480 BW Turbo ( condensed )

    Just realized this build thread turned 8 years old ..... at least the " condensed " version did .......lol

    She just keeps getting better lookin with age . At least with Waynes help . :2thumbs:

    Short shifted 2nd and 3rd here ....... lost quite a bit of MPH ,but short times were good .

    Might have an 8.79 in her .

    Good job man.. gives me hope for my AFR 195 heads .. 8.85 at that weight, is moving!!! How much boost?

    That pass was on 33psi .

    Basically the gate is pinned shut ...... lol

    Just thought I would update .

    Bought a World Block , Custom JE pistons , new Eagle rods , Compstar crank , link bar short travel lifters .

    Hurt a piston and while doing the block , found cracks in the SHP block .

    Going with motor plate and mid plate also .

    New carpet , and seats also .

    Fucking money pit ! :beguiled:

    LOL . It was already machined and ready for assembly when the cracks were found .

    New block is at the shop waiting in line for bore and hone .

    Going to the world block made me have to buy a new crank , lifters , and pan .

    Also went with new Eagle rods ........why not , right ?

    At least I can make the step nose cam work with a cam button mod .
