Is there a kit or a preferred place to buy the oil feed and return lines? Seems the consensus is 4 an feed and 10 or 12 return. Also have read that you don't need a restrictor in that scenario, others say you do. Any suggestions as to what to get and from where?

Ebay, RPS, Vs Racing, or your vendor of choice should have what you need. No need to run a restrictor with a -4, a working drain, good crankcase venting, and moderate oil pressure. A restrictor is your last resort Imo. -10 works fine most of the time, but -12 isn't a bad idea.

4/10 here with no issues. I would make the lines myself for the application.

I was told not to have too much pressure on the feed to use a pretty thin line because if the return off the bottom couldn't keep up it would blow the seals in the turbo

Turbo seals don't blow.... they're a piston ring type of seal (metal), and they typically leak on a healthy turbo because they're flooded with oil (poor drainage, or in some cases extreme oil pressure). More times than not, its not overly high oil pressure, but a drainage issue caused by a poorly designed drain, or a crankcase with excessive pressure for numerous reasons. The oil is the only thing keeping your turbo alive, and cool (unless it happens to be water cooled as well), and starving it for oil would be like running your engine 3, or 4 qts low on oil because it leaks if you run more.... it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Think about this... many diesels see 100+ psi of oil pressure at times with -6, or 8 feeds, and don't leak for hundreds of thousands of miles.

The feed line adapter I bought I think is solid but center marked. What size hole do I want? Also ok bought 4 feed and 12 return

The same id as your -4 hose, or hose end. 3/16" is close.
