My old set up was a single tial 44mm gate with 88/83 turbo on a 351w and my new setup will be dart sbf 427 with an s480 turbo/ 1.58 ar exhaust housing. Question is I have a tial 38mm gate from old kit could I use that along with the 44mm with same springs? I really don't think the single 44mm will get the job done?
    Thanks guys

One gate will most likely open before the other as the same spring will open at different boost levels on the two gates, but with the correct spring or even a preload shim you should be able to get them close enough to work.
