Good deal. This will be my first turbo set up and injected build. so for the PSI transducers are you just using it for the oil pressure?

I would enjoy a whole diy/how to on it. I'm not computer inclined but I'm tired of the carb and would enjoy learning.

Oil and fuel pressure. Holley's sensors are $100, the much cheaper eBay units seem to hold up just fine.

Piston cleaning action! With parts from Summit and eBay en route, I should have an assembled short block in no time. IMG_5387.jpg #ad

Zep Industrial Purple from Home Depot (or Super Clean). Let them soak full strength, then hose 'em off! Credit to Tony Reiners.

Just don't let that stuff near the clear coat on a motorcycle engine... it'll eat that stuff right off and discolor the engine case. Don't ask, lol.

The Mustang will be forever Ford powered...just ignore the powerglide behind it after this winter lol. However, the 4 door Zephyr I have back home has a 4.8 with a VS Racing GT45 - a fun car I am building for the wife.

Back to the build, parts are rolling in and discovered last night I ordered the wrong piston rings...typical. New rings on the way! With all the cleaning and prep work complete, I should have a fresh short block ready for the end of the season or whenever the rods decide to journey outside the block, whichever comes first ha.
