Those are good times for the little amount of boost.

Thank you, I think the computer is still learning because I had made no changes at all and gained a half second on my e.t. next time my boost leash will be hooked up.

Sorry no build threads, been working on this car so long she didn't want to come off the Jack stands lol..it's definitely nothing exotic. Quick rundown,
93' notch back ex 4cyl car insurance picked up for $200 at an auction and has the following.
    97' f150 351w block and stock crank
    Scatter rods, probe 8.5/1 pistons
Cammotion custom cam ( hydraulic roller)
    Super victor intake
    Fitech fuelinjection
    B&g hots side w/ 3.5" down pipe
Tfs track heat heads, ported by me with ls spring upgrade
Ford aod with 4r70w guts, 1 piece input shaft and pa trans brake, ucc converter
Full Wolfe rear suspension including anti rollbar which I only paid $400 for everything new in box
Car still has power windows and doors locks
And with 1/2 tank fuel weighed in at 3120lbs with factory k member and a arms
2 weeks ago I did a quick plasti dip paint job so it wouldn't look so ugly 20160702_170018.jpg #ad

Also I think I dodged a major bullet
I miss read my timing and was running 37* total while pulling out 1* per lb boost leaving me at 27-28* total with 105 octane in the tank. I think I lost a lot of power on the top end do to toomuch timing, didn't seem to be pulling very hard in 3rd gear. I have since backed it down to 32* total and seems to pull a lot harder!! 20160702_165615.jpg #ad

Impressive times for low boost on a Chinese turbo! How do you like the FITECH injection?

Thanks for the props, fitech is working great it starts on first hit idles the way it should and throttle response is instantaneous also afr's are where there supposed to be. Finally have my boost leash hooked up and going to track tomorrow night and creep up on the boost and see what she'll do.

It's the 88/83 precision pt88 clone sold by vsracing on this forum, everything thing is same as original pt88 including odd ball flange and clamp that only precision sells but vsracing can get that for you as well.

Re: First time out with new setup and FITECH fuel injection NEW BEST ET & MPH

Ran true street race at NED ford fest we actually drove 32mI. apposed to 20 we were supposed to. Ran 3 back to back runs with no cool down. 1st run i push through the beams trying to get on the transbrake and red light l. 2nd run 10.7 135mph 3rd run with no cool down or changes 10.1 at 134mph all on 13.lbs boost. I won quickest et and fastest mph. (Wasn't a big turn out)
Fitech kept me all in set parameters........

Awesome do you use a 2 step to build boost if so what do you do to keep Fitect from adding fuel.

Yes I do use a two step with the transbrake (msd 6530) as far as the fuel I have it set at 12.0 afr on boost at 3000kpa, 11.5 afr at 4500kpa, and 10.8 afr at i believe 6000kpa. It builds 9lbs with in 5 seconds but I believe converter is real tight on the bottom (I can push through the brakes at 1800-2000 rpm's.
Not sure on the open vs closed loop which I saw you mention

That was my next question is if you changed the target afr's the factory settings are high I think . That is something I have to set after I drive it. I was looking at it today but I have not fired my car up yet waiting on a o2 harness .

do u have any time slips. Curious as to incremental times on this with that tight of a converter. My buddy has a 69 mustang that has a VERY similar enging/trans set up with a holley EFI that we are considering putting one of these turbos on.
