Finally got the flange for the turbo and tacked it in place. Turbo fits nice in its corner. I'll relocate the battery to the left front. More flanges for exhaust. Also figuring out my drain and feed lines. Wanting hard line on the feed.

mounted the intercooler tonight. I'll finish piping up tomorrow along with getting the grille back in after some minor trimming.

Are you planning on running a fender dump? After looking at the Turbo placement on yours I'm hoping I can get mine clocked to aim the exhaust side directly towards the area between the engine and frame at the rear of the block. I have to figure out how I'm going to get through the limited space I have to run exhaust under the vehicle. IIRC my outlet is 3.5" I highly doubt even an oval shaped 3.5" will fit but maybe... If not I may look into a short merge pipe setup with 2x stacked 3.0" to pass at the engine with 3.5" before and after run back to a big truck style 3.5" muffler with a Turn down.

No I'm gonna be going under the truck to a y and a pair of MagnaFlow mufflers. Going from 3 to 2.5 at the y as it stands. Really wanted to keep it mild and use what I have under the truck. I get to redo a heater hose so I can water cool the turbo.

Still waiting on new set of scales so I can weigh everything without taking them apart.

I was going to try and use my current 2.5" Magnaflow dual exhaust but found a flow chart that showed it won't support the power I want to make. JD
