Thenni started foolin with making a little 3-1 merge. T4 flange. 1.375 i.d. sections of tube. Which is my chosen stinger pipe dia. Slightly larger or "looser" then originally designed for.

Thank ya thankya . been a long road. Dont let the fast thread fool ya :)

If you can prove they are tall deck 10 ports. Please get ahold of me 1st if you ever want to sell them. Condition doesnt matter so long as they dont have brok mounting ears :) ..

What pipes.. ..and hows she run on pump fuel?

Stock reeds and cages. :). With a secret spin. I can tell most things. Some are just left under hat. All i will say is.. Def not carbons. Or reed cages with no full size stoppers.

Youll also notice in my case pics. I epoxied up the reed house floor. Cause i moved the whole cage up 3mm in the housing then filled the floor underneath. 0_o :D. For a couple reasons .. Theres lots of experi-mental.. Emphasis on mental ideas and practices at play here.

Yeah, carbon fiber are a bad idea, just curious as I was was running a set from Fast Racing, and never killed one, but was always curious about the stainless, or spring steel reeds.

I know they are 81 mm PSI jugs (use 700 twin pistons)...I remember the triple port exhaust (i know they all have)...the triple small window transfer (been awhile since Ive had it apart)...anything you can tell me in regards to external dimensions or numbers I can check them out this weekend......however, since it is together and running...not really looking to sell at this time....shoot me a PM if you wish

mystery pipes....I know they are aftermarket due to their construction

I have it detuned (richer jets, oil turned up, clutched to bring the revs down a bit for trail duty)....I have put about 4000 miles on it since buying it.....the guy I bought it from didnt know much about it either....ive simply fixed things and maintained....been a real fun, surprisingly reliable trail sled.

Never had an issue with pump gas....only piston issue was due to overheating when the water pump failed.

Also...be careful with that small of a turbine wheel with that large of a compressor....especially on a two stroke..

Stock 1000 cyl measured from base to deck was 107.30mm. My 81mm psi are 109.35mm ( on my calipers .. Your mileage may vary but the spread should remain 2mm ) .. Like you said.. For use with 85mm stroke and 700twin pistons. *hi5*.. Sounds like you have the other set of unicorns:)

Stock heads in back. Dome inserts front. They are going to the crewchief to get assessed and re shaped if there is enuf material to do it.

Theres 3 large bosses on top plus one threaded hole.. These were mount locations for shit in the watercraft. The head is from a 900 triple tigershark with the shell on backward to put the water nipples on the back ( reedside ) of the motor. We shall see if i end up using it. Great places on top for turbo cradle mounts!!!!

I went the watercraft rout with mine being Polaris. Itwas just to easy to slap snow jugs on a 1200 case and go I pulled it out a few years ago and stuck my 700 back in when I decided to got back to more tree riding than the big high marking. It was just to nose heavy and your arms wouldn't even have enough left at the end of a day to drink beer . Brad always said they made 245-250 on stock jugs . I consider doing an asphalt sled with that triple in it and turbo it . But the cost of heads is just to much to drop compression and the pipes don't exist all on the same side . Probably just keep it till I get the itch to stretch out my arms again. This should be a bad ass set up if you get it all tuned up good .
