Hey guys, is there any other thing besides a blown head gasket that will cause coolant to come from the radiator cap under full boost?

I changed the cap to a new one. Could it possibly be the wrong psi cap maybe?

sorry but it sounds like head gaskets to me. ordinarily the cooling system shouldn't be over pressurized if you're not over heating.

Yeah I gotta feeling that's the issue. It's a fox body mustang with explorer heads on 10psi and I think they may be lifting under boost. I was hoping to get lucky and just be something simple but I doubt it is. I still drive it around without any problems but if you hold it in boost for a minute it will spit some out. None has got in the oil and it's been doing this since August.

think you could also have lost your lower intake gasket. When installing the lower intake mani, you should retorque the fasteners after the first heat cycle and then check every few heat cycles until they stop getting loose. loose lower intake bolts will allow charge air in to the cooling circuit, pressurizing it and blowing water out.
