I switched from the stock radiator to a two core aluminum one, and I was able to sink it into the core support. I went with a downflow radiator with a center inlet for an Impreza that worked with my twins, but there's several others that will fit that space. For mounting I cut off the lower mounting tabs, and cut holes to re-use the original bushings in. For the top I had mounting points on the radiator I could use for a bracket, but that will depend on what model you select.

Cool build i love it! In the first page of this thread you mention how hard it was to get the fan off and thought i would pass along a useful tip for next time. Take an air chisel and dig it into the hub and give it a few hits and they spin right off. Marks em up a little bit if you planned to reuse it but who cares. Makes a hard job a 3 second deal! Also the broken exhaust bolts were already broken before you got to them so dont feel bad. The manifolds shrink and pull the bolts sideways till they snap off a few threads deep inside the head.

I bet the outer ones were all broken and got better as you got to the middle? It happens to the Trailblazer inline 6's all the time too and just pisses me off when i have to change out a busted manifold. LOL

This is an awesome build! I have planned this same build out in my head many many times. If i may offer a small suggestion, try taking 2 lightning intakes, cut and splice them together. Once you have a lower in take that fits the motor, make a upper lid, something like this: http://www.svtperformance.com/forum...Intake-Hat-03-04-Cobra-Perfect-for-turbo-swap If I'm not mistaken, the V10 is pretty much a 5.4 with 2 cylinders added to the ends. If I am correct, then you could have an air to water intercooler, less piping and an intake that should fit under most hoods. Good luck with this build, it looks awesome, I'll definitely be watching!

    Sub'ing.
Had read this awhile back. I think the Lightning intake is an excellent idea. Can't wait to see how this works out.

Re: v10 twin turbo conversion from v6

What do you think of that certiflat table? I've got a build pro but those look very nice for the price.
