Probably a question for MMR, but can the Aviaid wet sump pump for this kit be had with a rear female hex drive to use the aeromotive hub adapter and their hex drive mechanical fuel pump? I have seen their dry sump pumps with this option.

    Thanks,
    Ken

    Thank you,
Which model waterman pump do you recommend to support 1800-2000 rwhp on E85/E98. I only plan to be around 1500-1600 but want the extra head room for a safety factor.
Thanks again, won't hijack the thread anymore.

    update

the idle hot oil pressure is set at 50psi by the pulley configuration < the idle oil pressure will not increase by adjusting the regulator>

as the rpm goes up the pressure will increase till it tops out at 100psi....

    BTW
The 1996 FORD shop manual for both the 2V and 4V it indicates the following:
    Oil Pressure (HOT 1500 RPM) - 138 to 310 kPa (20.015psi to 44.961psi).

Setting the oil pressure with an adjustable regulator:

A good rule of thumb for oil pressure is 10psi per 1000rpms but it is not set in stone. If you go higher do it in steps so you sneak up to where you want to be. Also be advise that is you use a traditional screw on style filter do not exceed over 100 psi, because this is the range where they begin to have packaging failures...

a while ago MMR was told me to develop a pump with integrated roller bearing so you dont need an external oil pump
I ask about that by MMR but get no answer
Have someone hear about that project ?
