You need to have the signal wire for the AEM going to the squirt, it should in no way see your stock o2's cause I set it up for a wide band 10.0 is 1v and 20.0 is 5v. If it sees the stock o2's it will not run or idle correctly.

Yeah you don't need stock narrow band sensors with megasquirt, just use a good aftermarket wideband wired directly.

If your wiring harness is the same as mine you will take the white wire from your aem (0-5v wire) and splice it to the pink wire from your ms2 harness (O2 wire). Then take one of your stock o2 sensors out of the exhaust and screw the wide band sensor in its place. Done

Question about fuel system set up.

right now i have it set up as tank----pump-----filter-----y to the fuel rails------regulator----back to tank

Should it be tank----pump----filter----regulator----rails----back to tank??????

    or does it not matter

Yes it matters, your regulator must be in line with your rails like your second option shows.

I run mine like this, it will let the rails take as much fuel as they could ever need.
tank-----pre-filter----pump----filter----y-block----through both rails----both rails hooked to regulator-------return to tank

So you have a -8 from the regulator to tank or -10 from regulator to tank

    Tank-FILTER-Pump-Filter-Y-Rails-Regulator-Tank.

I would run a -8 feed and -6 return. You can also loop the rails instead of running a Y. I did that with mine to clean things up a bit. The rails MUST be before the regulator.

For the WB02, make SURE that the WB02 is grounded at the same place the MS is grounded. If not, you will have a difference between what the WB displays and what the MS sees. They have to be on the same page. Ground them together.

I went overkill and ran a -10 from tank to the y block at the front wheel well, then -8 to the rails and regulator with a -10 return.

if I was to do it again, I would have ran the same but with a -8 return.

Well took the car out for a spin for the first time ever. Man she pulls hard!!! Any ways. My question is, in MS when I save a data log. Is there a way to send that log to an email? Need some ppl to look at what is going on because frankly its all jibberish to me.

    Thanks in advance

Yes, create a new email, then click the paperclip icon. That will allow you to find your catalog file and add it to an email. Did you get into any boost.
