Just to clarify when you say megasquirt can't be changed, do you mean Megasquirt PNP or Megasquirt in general?

Referring to Megasquirt pnp2, there are several versions of Megasquirt and some of them are more then capable of this

    update!!

Got some help and changed the timing map, adding in about 5-6* which seemed to fix my problem. Im able to rev to my 6500 shift point now!!!!!!!!!

Took it to the track for the first time on this setup. Converter seems to be working good which im happy about, only had 1 successful pass because of traction issues. Took boost out for the 60ft and ramped it in after that, so thats the reason for the slow 60ft. times

    this was on 21 psi

Glad you have it figured out. I bet its a real kick in the ass when it comes on. I'm assuming you're in the 20-25* range now?

I believe that was when I was messing with it in the 16-17psi range . It's at 20* in that area now

Thank you, stock block crank and rods with some .020" over stock replacement Pistons that were in it

Glad I could help! Its awesome to have another car that proves stock bottom end 351's can take a pounding. Keep up the good work.

How much would you say you've spent total on your combo? Shortblock, turbo system, transmission/converter, driveshaft, fuel system, MS. That time and Mph is freakin awesome for a budget build!!!

It's great to see you made it work. I was frustrated just trying to think what the problem could be because everything looked correct. You must have been ready to push it into the street and see a thermal event occur. Enjoy the power and make it hook.

Your right I was ready to burn it down lol.

It was shaking the tire real bad, not sure why. That's never happened to me
Before. Tires are old so that plays a part. I have some major suspension adjustments to do and I'll go back and shoot for Deep 8s
