I have no clue, lol. That all depends on the engine builder, wiring guy, and tuner. Lol
My goal is to have it running by sept, there is a 9/11 cruise and car show in the keys that I dont miss. So i really want it done by then, at least a pump gas tune to break in the motor. Lets see if it happens.

It still chaps my ass that we went out in the semifinals. It should have been my tire spin vs your worn out rods in the finals!

Oh of course. They made it til the end. And the guy that won was consistent with 8.8-8.9 runs. I know the feeling Mike.

Alex, read your thread and really enjoyed it. I have a coupe same color as yours and I just got it painted a couple weeks ago. The color you picked is fantastic looking. Reading your build thread and others on here keeps me motivated. Sorry to see the rods and pistons gave way. Keep updating with progress pics.

No real big updates, thats why I haven't posted anything. Body shop painted the car but we noticed a issue in the lower rear quarter panel so they had to repaint the whole car again. Thats where we sit right now. The motor is almost done, waiting on the custom ordered JE Pistons to come in. Here are some pics of the car painted, we should be picking it up this week.

I have a tlsr cam spec'd from Bullet that I need to order this coming up week.

In Bradenton this year, I met Bill Devine of Bullseye Turbo, when I tore my car apart after Bradenton, I sent my 84mm over to him for inspection. Turns out my turbo took a dump. After a talk with Bill, I got my hands on a 83mm TCT Batmo Wheel, 96mm 1.32ar.
My old turbo was a 96mm 1.1 ar. I wanted to switch to a 1.32 now that I'm using a bigger cam that will rev higher. Unfortunately I wasn't aware at the time I purchased the 84mm that if you get it with a 1.1 ar the only housing you can switch to was a 1.58. Unless I bought a new turbo, I wouldn't be able to switch to a 1.32. The chra is "modified" to fit a 1.1 housing. This was disclosed to me months after I purchased the 84mm. I have nothing against FI as I did not purchase from him directly. Had I not spoke to Bill I would have just bought another unit from them anyway. So this is in no way bashing them. Just a fyi if any of you get a unit similar to what I got with the smaller unconventional ar housing on a t6. Here's a pic of the new unit from Bullseye.

I don't remember if I posted what ecu I will be using but after talking with Errol@ tps and Mike J's best friend LOL Cal Hayward, I have a ProEfi 128 with flex fuel, traction control, and all that fancy stuff these ecu's do now. I will also be getting rid of my stock cluster, gauges, shift light, and running a Racepak IQ3. Errol will be handling all the tuning with the ProEfi.

I'm already getting antsy on finishing the car and driving it around. Lol but its still a long ways from that. And I do not want to rush this so if it makes it to SSBO in 2016, awesome, if not I'm really shooting for it being completed around the summer so I can compete in Drag Week 2016.

These are waiting to get mounted once the car is ready. I sent them out to have them ready by Bradenton this year but they arrived after.
