The thing you have to remember is that jets/IFRs/PCVRs control FUEL, IABs/HSABs control AIR, ;)

I'm pretty surprised too, it's definitely thirsty! I'm pretty sure the toothpicks are blocking them 100% I pushed them in kinda tight, I didn't want the coming out if it backfired. I'm going to try dropping the primaries a step or 2 and see what it does, I'll address the PV spring after that but it's *really* close.

The meth injection isn't hooked up. I unplugged the boost reference line to it when I started having issues to eliminate it from the equation. I need to hook it back up...

Can I put the 10psi spring in the gate now?

Awww why not, you've fought her hard enough, go for it! :) Can be a legit reason to help blow all that built up carbon out, hehe :)

Hey, what can I say, after seeing the Baconator run pretty clean and burn the tires nicely all you can do is say BRING ON DA BOOST!

DO IT! DO IT, DO IT :)

Oh, and straight meth.......you know, just to clean the combustion chambers out, HA!

HAHA! I'll jet the primary down a bit and give it a whirl. I've only got -20* windshield washer fluid right now, I'll make the swap to straight meth when the tank is empty...

Thanks bud! Not bad for just leaving it in drive.

Kinda sounds like a mountain motor pro stocker doing a burnout :)

Pull the toothpicks out of the primaries and try it.

Good idea. I'll try that before I drop the primary jet. Thank!

That fixed the initial rich stumble. The boost comes up and there's no hiccup, no cough, no smoke (other than tires) and low 12's on the gauge! My cruise is still a little fat, I might take the primary down a few steps and open the pvcr a little if it needs it. I'm also going to hook the alcohol back up before I swap in the big springs...

After all that, you fixed it with a tooth pick. Good shit.

Thanks man, that was a hell of a suggestion! I'm happy to be able to say I did that. I've got the secondary hsab's soldered closed. I ran some welding wire through them before I did it in case I need to open them back up, .030 just fits and .035 is too big. In order to hook the alcohol controller back up I had to put the boost controller back in the system, so that should be fun. I'm going to set the meth to come on at 5psi and put the 7 psi spring in the gates and see what she'll do...

Thanks! Me too! I've been watching it all day, makes me giggle like a kid.

It does indeed! Of course I can't leave well enough alone at this point, I'm waiting for an extra set of hands to hold the camera before I try this one. I hope it works.

If the transition is good now I wonder if you could add jet on the rear to get that AFR in the 11's. Or if you need to go slightly larger on the PVCR. Is your timing still on the high side? May wanna drop it to the 18's or so if you're going for 14-15lbs.

I bet I could bring the rear jet up a bit, I'd like to see what it'll do with the meth turned on. That might give it just that little extra...timing is locked at 25*, if I go over the 7psi spring I'll pull it back.

Annnnnd the boost controller doesn't work. Just tried it, hit 15 psi before I got out of it. I can't blow through the boost controller with the hoses off of it, you'd have though I'd have tried that before I put it in. Anyway, I'm gonna bypass that and try again in a minute. It wasn't a happy 15 psi, it was breaking up and unpleasant.
