Hello Guys, i'm writing because i want to change my 388 sbc from Blower to Turbo to achieve more power and TQ.

To Start the engine is on a Toyota FJ40 and is used for sand hill climbs, the engine have this configuration:

Chevy 388, 1 piece rear main seal, internally balanced and 8.2:1 CR
Forged JE pistons dish -28cc (-27.3cc real)
6" Forged H Beams Eagle Rods
    Forged 3.750 Crankshaft
    Edelbrock 60719 Ported Heads
Full roller with Crane 119661 Camshaft and 1.5 rollers rockers ratio (http://www.cranecams.com/product/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=24188)
Weiand 177 with 2.5" pulley and 6" pulley at crank @5-6psi
Holley Avenger EFI TBI 900cfm (up to 600hp) injection system with programable spark advance, I'm Running it at 29° of advance and 10.5:1 AFR
Long Tube Headers 36" 1 7/8" attatched to free 3" dual independet exhaust system
    "PUMP GAS"

    I think i have like 550hp.

I Want to change my Blower to a Precision PT-88 88mm Turbo (i need advice on this), with a big front mount Intercooler, and also change my injection to MPFI with 60lb/hr injectors i already own.
Now im pulling 6psi max at WOT 6500rpm, and with the turbo i want to start with 10psi (it's ok with my 8.2:1 CR?), i own a Water/Meth from AEM with 600cc and 900cc nozzle that i will install also.

What do you think about this change? i also have a retard/advance cam kit.

ANY ADVICE IS HELP FOR ME

    Regards

    Mauricio

60lb. injectors will be to small IMO. I would at least go with 80's. 88mm will be lazy compared to the blower. Maybe others will chime in....
