    G'Day from Western Australia.
I'm wondering if a single HX68 would suit a mild 440. Not sure about the turbine side size yet. Which size would be considered ideal for street use/fairly early spooling on a 440?

Ive never heard of an hx68, but they make a hx60 which is friggin huge, should do pretty well on a 440. I doubt you'll want a quick spool on that tho, a healthy 440 has trouble as is sticking to the ground let alone early boost
The turbine size will play a big role on spool up. From what ive found an hx60 has either 81/94 or 86/97 turbine wheel and somewhere in the area of 80/112 compressor. I think its capable of pretty big numbers and streetable for you
The turbine housing should be around 21-27cm2 on those I think. Seems they came in about four different configurations. Holsets are a strange lot turbos, but very strong and reliable

    Thanks for that.
I've only seen a photo of the name plate so far, which has the HX68 stamped on it. I was wondering about the model too as couldn't find any info on HX68.
Might be application specific model...? Variation of HX60?
In any case I need more info on it.
