F303 cam questions

    What are idle characteristics of it? How much vacuum at idle? I think the cam now is not really suited for the turbo and I don't feel like spending money on a custom again. I think for a street truck/dd f303 with 1.7 rockers would suit me.

    In my 357w, it has 14" at idle and has a slight lope. They sound A bit rougher in a 302.

    Did you install it straight up? Do you remember what length push rods?

    mine ended up being straight up. degree'd mine in per cam card specs and ended up being straight up on my timing set.

    Degreed mine straight up as well. No adjustment needed on the timing set. Pushrods are 7.550" with AFR's and FRPP pedestal rockers.

    It's got to be better than what's in the truck now.
