Well where to start. I've had this car about 10yrs now. It started out like most bolt ons through high school then a procharger my senior year. I then ran a mild 306 with a vortech t-trim,victor jr heads(worked),trick flow r intake, and an anderson b41r cam. That combo made descent power a little over 500hp to the feet on 12#, pump gas and 18 degrees of timing. I sold the t-trim to help buy a house about a year ago. I've always wanted to go turbo so when I saved up some money I got "T76coupes" old setup. So heres the current configuration.

-306 stock block, crank, and rods venolia pistons, balanced. With main and valley girdle :D
    -victor jr heads ported,isky springs,titanium retainers and 1.60 and 2.10 valves(long story)
-trick flow r intake port matched to heads,75mm t-body
-pony down stage 2 kit with 80mm comp turbo
    -sumped stock tank,eliminater pump,aeromotive rails and regulater,precision 84# inj
    -built c4, 3500 converter
-old FORD E.P.E.C. stand alone, pmass protube

Here is a few old pics I will try and get some new ones soon

Thanks,no times yet working on my e85 tune right now. And waiting for my friend to finish his car. Should get to the track in a week or two. But it feels considerably faster on 12# than the vortech. :chacha:

Not speed density I am using ford's E.P.E.C,these pics are about 4 months old so there just mock up pics. I had to cut a section out for the 3" protube.

Take the screen off the turbo when you run. Should be in the low 10s no problem on 12 psi. Heck being an 80mm it could hit high 9s. Love seeing all these convertibles being built. I've raced mine since '92 and always been told I was wasting my time and crazy for running a Vert. But oh well, I'm doing it anyway :)

Back from the dead. Changed a few things. Megasquirt, UCC converter, wheels. Few other things. Hope to hit the track again soon.

Yeah took it once last year dead heat middle of the day in Florida. Went 10.69 at 128.3 mph 12#s and 15 degrees of timing. The converter was hurting me bad, way to loose. When I sent it to Lenny at U.C.C he told me he was surprised it went that fast, he had to replace everything in it. The wheels are Holeshot's.

Sweet car, I've always like Black vert fox bodies. You need to just safety-wire those t-clamps and forget about them. Some .032" stainless lock-wire and you're golden.
