I have the same problems making contact with them! I hate to say it but they don't seem to care much after you purchase a carb from them!!! You are in worse shape as you got one of theirs used! Reason I plan to go with the Crutch soon. Sorry to say this about them, but it is true..Carbs are nice products though..hard to get info or any tuning help.Good luck to you, hope you have a better experience. Vince

They told me they wouldnt touch my carb because it said qft. So I called up csu and he was real nice and easy to talk to. So kevin got my vote.

Wow I have not been on this site for a while. I am shocked at this thread. I have been dealing with C&S for a while. I don't even spend a lot of money with him and I drive him nuts with all my questions. I just called him the other day and again he stayed on the phone with me until I was satisfied with his help. CALL HIM, Roger is awesome and extremely patient and helpful. I have a 496 with his 850 mine is a street car on pump gas. I got the carb used and he walked me through how to tune it to my engine.

How could anyone answer such a vague e-mail. Call Roger and tell him the size of your motor, the size of your turbo's, how much HP you plan to make, what the carb's jetted at now????? I've meet Roger in person and he was very helpfull. Let me just say that he sent me a carb that I bolted on and it worked flawlessly out of the box. Plus he answered questions when I was on the dyno.

Call him! I do not think it right to go on forums and trash people without giving them a chance. Good inglish(lol) or bad. Get a translator and have them call.

Get a translator being trashing a guy's rep on the internet. The way you typed that email, I might have thought it was spam.

I bought from C&S also. Great experience, carb was almost perfectly in tune out of the box. And Rodger has always been there to answer any questions I've had. I would buy from him again. Call him.
