Brad, the way I understand it yes. That is where the scales are going to come in. I am very interested to see the difference in weight on each wheel.

I should also mention if I haven't already, the converter in the car was not built for this car, it originally was built for FNFAST and his 363 with an 80mm, so my setup is way different, but we wanted to use the converter as a baseline.

Lenny is known for single digits on slippage, I suspect you'll see a huge difference with it spec'd for your combo

Once you get it launching straight and the convertor tuned to the combo those ET's are going to drop...

Had a successful outing today at cecil for a rental. I want to try and create a "true street" type setting by driving the car and making passes. Since the last outing at atco we have done some suspension tuning which has paid off greatly. First, the car was put on 4 corner scales and adjusted correctly. We found the car is no lightweight, it weighed 3188 w/o me in it and 13 gallons of fuel, it has a 22 gallon tank on it. That brings the weight of the car at half tank with me in it to 3320. I can only guesstimate what it weighs with a full tank, but it is over 3400. Any how the ARB was adjusted (way off) and set to neutral with me in it.

Also, we were getting 17% converter slip, but the converter was out of FNFAST's 363 with an 80mm, we wanted to run as a baseline to see where we were at. I got the converter back from Lenny thursday and was in the car thursday night. The results speak for themselves. I was mistaken with the boost we were running at atco and it was 19.5psi, we backed it down to 16.5 to try the converter out but left the boost curve the same which was a soft ramp and full boost isn't achieved until a little over 2 seconds into all of my passes.

First pass was an [email protected] with a 1.48 60' leaving at 3300 off 2 step. This wasn't the best pass as the car stumbled on the 2 step and actually stalled and i backed up and restarted and quickly made the pass.

Second pass leaving at 3300 just cleaned up transbrake it went [email protected] with a 1.399 60'.

Third pass I wanted to back second pass up and went [email protected] with a 1.401 60'

Fourth pass wanted to back up second and third pass and went [email protected] with a 1.389 60'

Then we upped the launch to 3500 and adjusted the boost curve, added 1psi up top to total 17.5 and boost just ramped in a little harder and went [email protected] with a 1.365 60'

Then we adjusted boost curve to ramp in a little harder and remained at 17.5psi and went [email protected] with a 1.32 60'

All in all i am very happy, there is still a lot left in the 60' but i am at my cage cert the way it sits. Lenny nailed the converter, he is the man with this stuff. Also, Dennis was on the phone with me all day helping me get this thing dialed in and his advice and knowledge was invaluable and made quick work out of this.
