thats what they offered to do when i called them but my best friend has a sweet machine shop with state of the art CNC machines so we took it over there this morning cut it all apart and re welded everything and now just have to machine a couple of rings to reduce the two tubes down to 4.5" lot faster then trying to send it back and not sure of what i'll get back, i also was going to build my own when i discovered these dashes and thought it would be a lot less hassle to just order one guess i was wrong i'll post a pic when i get it all done and have the gauges in it

so it turns out my new air fuel ratio gauge only works in conjunction with my AEM gauge that does not match my new stuff at all so been looking at all of the systems i can research and think this one is the one i'll get but really don't know if it is all that good won a bunch of awards at Sema so any one here use this gauge and what do you think its made by Prosport Innovate

not a lot to update but been working on the console for the car it was in bad shape the nose had been busted in several pieces the side had also been busted out were the original 4 speed block off plate had been installed the tail section was completely gone and i don t really know what it was originally supposed to look like but a fabed up a tail piece out of fiberglass and then fabed up a aluminum insert for it, the center section i also fabed up out of aluminum and mounted my toggle switched in that and installed the shift boot still have to upholster the arm rest and then carpet the console

ya have do do the little thing s been to cold to work on the car outside but i did get some work done outside today got my seats pulled and the 4 speed hump out of the car today and that left a bigger hole than i thought it would who ever put that in did a horrible job cutting out the original floor so went on line to see what was available and in the process a got an idea that maybe the new SRT challengers that come with the t 56 trans in them might have the center hump section that i could get and sure enough they sell the center hump and it goes far enough into the floor pans to fix every thing so thats what i bought and it was about half the price as the reproduction floor pans and now i won't have near the labor involved in fabbing up for the new trans

There is no real "hump" on the TR6060 trans equipped challengers other than that the shifter mounts on the top rear of the transmission. Not sure if that'll help or not, but if you go to www.challengertalk.com and search for "installing hurst short throw shifter" you ought to find a thread with pictures for ya (or try google?). Good luck! :)
