421" SBC with Brodix BD 2000 heads. Large Frame 88mm, Q16 for fuel? I am wanting to build something that will run in the 4.70 range in the 1/8 mile @ 3300 lb weight. Switching from nitrous to turbo, so i dont know much about boosted motors, compression cam sizing etc.

An 88 can do 1600hp if it's one of the top ones like the PTE X275 88mm. With that big of an engine you won't see that from a single 88. What is the hotside? I know those are monster heads, but getting that much exhaust out of a single is my worry. If you are building a X275 car, you'll see most everyone is 350-380ci or so with 88s.

I dont even have a turbo yet, not exactly sure what to buy. i have the motor so i am trying to build around that. I supose I could take some stroke out of it down the road later if needed, but I figure I will need all I can get?
