Issue with a SCT tuner. It will not data log AFR's,ST fuel B1or2

    I have been racking my brain. I'm trying to get the 2011gt tuned and every time I data log the read outs just on the
    AFR bank1
    AFR Bank2
    ST fuel trim bank 1&2

    They read zero or a1 all the way through 1000-3500rpm.
    The tuners are stumped. SCT was supposed to have an engineer phone me but now I'm on day 2 with no call back.

    Even with 2 different turbo tunesin the SCT the same result, missing same stuff on data log.

    2011 mustang gt stock engine, Hellion single w/76mm, 72lb inj

    Any idea wtf could be the problem?

    I sure would like to enjoy some real power soon.

    Probably the software. SCT can be a pain in the ass. Try only logging 2-3 things and see what happens. When you start to make power make sure the tuners knows the Os's are before the turbo so he knows the readings are going to be off.

    SCT is a pain with their tech support. Take the tuner and download the latest stuff from their website. I have had a lot of bugs with datalogging with the sf3 to the livelink software. It took them a month of trying to figure it out. I went and downloaded the latest stuff from the site and all worked well after that. Also, check out ecctuning.org Some of those guys over there actually break the binary and sell it to sct. They are usually glad to help out on the tough problems.

    I could not agree more about their customer service. It sucks to say the least.

    I went to the SCT site http://www.sctflash.com/showdeviceupdates.php?PNID=3015&RVCODE=XP

    and saw no downloads for my device. It could need a update but the site mentions that they will not do updates from the site anymore.

    Even if I just log 4 items they will not show. Hell if I check 1 it will not work. Stumped again.

    It is reading a code

    Spitting a code now'¦.p0010 intake camshaft position actuator ckt open (b1)
    P0013 exhaust camshaft position actuator ckt open (b1)

    dunno what that means but I reset and it comes back on.

    I got dumb shit like that after tunes also. Cam shaft sensors and injector codes.

    Click on product updates, then enter the device serial number. You will have to download the device updater software, that will put a shortcut on your desktop. Plug in the SF, then click on automatically check for updates. I think you can also manually type in the device part number into the sct site, that will bring you to the info of that product and you can click on the firmware updates as well. What part number device do you have, 3015?

    Site said it already had the latest version. I have a buddy that will bring over another SCT to try and data log tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

    Well 3 weeks in and still no help from SCT engineers. "they are busy on other projects"...
    Replaced Bank 1 VCT sensors intake& exhaust...still getting a code as mentioned above.

    Car runs harder with the codes on than if I clear it.
    I can clear the codes and the car runs like crap until the code light comes on...usually after I restart the car and they light back up.


    I'm out here on an island if anyone has an idea I will try it.
