Been lurking for a long time, mainly reading and soaking up knowledge. Anyway, I've got a 70 Coronet, 383 with twins on it. I finally got most of the bugs worked out, working on the tune right now, and it should be on the dyno in a couple weeks. (if it ever cools off) Hoping for 500 rwhp. I did all of the fab/install work a couple years ago, and the over this past winter I put power steering back on, so I had to re-do the left side of the system.

Sweet looking ride this heat that were having is slowing down my progress as well not to mention I'm in the middle of a maintenance summer shut down :bang:

What part of Michigan are you from?

Also give us some details on your setup

I'm in Sterling Heights. It's nothing special or too crazy, .030 over 383, flat top forged TRW's, 8.9:1 comp, two Garrett GT28 turbos, homebuilt mild steel plumbing, custom Scott Brown cam, iron heads, performer rpm intake, 3.23 gear. Bosch 044 pump, areomotive boost ref. regulator, mallory 685 ign box w/boost retard. It's strictly a street car now, I used to drag race it almost every weekend years ago before I restored it. I'll probably take it to the track this year though, just to see what it will run.

    Stick or manual valve body?

    Are those Saab IC's?

Auto with a manual body. The intercooler is from Ebay, it's just a two in, one out.

I was following your build on moparts, until those bastards got rid of the forced forum. Any updates/changes?

you've probably seen the thread here too then

    https://www.theturboforums.com/smf/...383-efi-now-adding-twin-t3's-it-runs-9-10-11/

still on 5psi, got my a/c working and have just been driving it around. Switched to colder, ngk plugs. I'm hoping to take it to the track this saturday for club day. It won't be that fast in this trim, but I'm curious to see. I want to build another short block with a smaller cam, use some better heads I have, and buy a pair of PTE 3431E's for it. Not sure if I'll put in the 10lbs springs with these turbos, if I do I'm sure it won't rev over 4000rpm.
