Well A friend of my Dads was moving and had an "OLD ENGINE" he wanted to get rid of...well it was a new 6.0 from a 2005 Corvette..Just a question about the manifolds..Looking to put it in a fox body..Should I try to work with the corvette manifolds or go with LS truck design?
Also looking to put something like a T70 on it..should I go inside the engine and make a few changes before I put boost on it?
    Let me know your thoughts.
    Thanks
    Dil

you prob should go with something in the 76 mm compressor range ,, allot of ls guys doing nothing to the internals to 10psi but every combo is diff

If the corvette manifolds dont work for you, let me know I have a set of truck manifolds that I will trade you for....

    At least a tc79 .96+ a/r. Nothing smaller on a 6.0 ls motor imo.
Im gonna use a tc78 on my 4.8. And plan on up to 20+psig on pump gas. Using head studs,317 heads and ls9 headgaskets.
Sounds like u got a ls2 engine there. Those are 10.9:1 stock. Just a heads up if ur thinking about too much psi as is.

If it is the 06 better motor it will be 10+ compression. Plan accordingly and use e85 or a healthy ic. And think of c16.

If you want to pump gas it I'd swap pistons. Depends on your perf goals. Could also sell the motor and use a portion of the proceeds to buy an lq4 etc

In a fox body the truck manifolds work great and so do the new camaro manifolds (2010 & up).

For motor I really wouldn't do much aside from some LS9 head gaskets, ARP Head Studs, good cam & springs, rod bolts and maybe a melling oil pump. That is all I had when I pushed 713rw through my bone stock LQ4 with a 4L80 behind it.... That motor is still together and without issue.

T70 will choke off fairly early on your 6 liter. The 76GTS or something similar which flows 90lbs/min or better is almost a must as it really makes no difference down low/spool time and makes all the difference in the world in the upper RPM range. For instance at 10lbs with I made 550rwhp with the MPT70 and at the same 10lbs I made 650rwhp with the 76GTS....

    here is my 6.0

stock with the exception of rodbolts, valve springs, and vicjr intake and rails.

even the cam is stock. minimal changes needed, and yes, a 70mm is too small. min i would do would be an s400 if i were you.

im running two master power 61mms.

76ish mm is perfect for a streetable car. 80mm+ is better(im waiting on a s480 now for mine)
