GT4294R on 4.6 DOHC

    Hey guys. I'm needing some help with turbo selection.
    The engine:
    4.6L DOHC- B head, Manley I beams, Diamond pistons, etc.

    I think I have narrowed my choices down to a GT4294R: a Garrett ball bearing turbo.

    I'm looking for 650rwhp on pump, 750-850 on C16.

    The compressor is basically a perfect fit, but I'm not too sure on the hot side. What A/R should I go with? Is a GT42 tubine going to be laggy? What about a GT40?

    Has anyone ran this before?

    I know guys who run that turbo on 3.2 VW motors all day... you will be fine depending on what you definition of lag is?

    I have a PT5857 on my 4 cyl and I get boost around 42-45 but I pull till 8200

    I would grab a .82 or bigger to get that top end that the 4.6's are famous for

    I don't think your power goals are at all out of wack

    Boost levels?
