stock 5.0 Rev Limiter

    hello,I was just curious where a rev limiter kicks in on a stock 90 model 5.0

    thats what I was told but ive revved over that (on accident) and it didnt limit out :huh:

    stock tach cant be trusted. The stock limiter is at 6250

    my stock 5.0 revs to 7k according to the factory tach..lol :stupid:

    Isn't the stock limit on those cars a fuel cut? If so, you might want to be careful trying to tickle it if you are using a power adder.

    factory rev limit is 6250.the factory tach is pretty inaccurate

    Factory rev limiter is 6,250 as posted above and is a limter based on a fuel cut not spark so bangin it on the limiter on a power adder set-up is not recommended. If you wanna rev it to the moon just pull the spout and you have no limiter at all.
