I have a 91 Coupe with a TT Mod Engine (Stock 04 Cobra)
Engine ran fine and dynoed 600rwhp at 10psi (we just did this as a base tune so I could make sure everything was running fine)
I was in the process of taking it back to get it dynoed again to make 900-1000rwhp
But then, all of sudden it started running rough as it only had 4 cylinders
This was all with the stock wiring and computer

I purchased a new BS3 Mod Set up w/ LS1 coils from a shop that never used on a customers project
When I received it, it had a built date of 2006

So instead of finding the wiring problem, I had plans to install the BS3 set up anyways

Well I just finished installing the BS3 and now I have NO SPARK!
I am using a Windows 7 laptop with a USB connection that I configured and everything is working properly and have a stable connection with the BS3

    I configured the
    Hardware Configuration
    Operating Parameter Configuration
    Firing Order

So I now come to the conlcusion, I have no spark, UEGOR is at 0, and I have no RPM when cranking

I connected the wiring as the manual online says and did the extra MOD wiring and settings
    I replaced the battery
I ran a straight fused wire from the battery to the "12V switched" on the BS3
I removed and checked the starter
I replaced the crank and cam sensor
I did a continuity test from the crank and cam sensor to the terminals that go to the BS3 connections

I keep cranking the car but no RPM ever shows up on the BS3 dash

I was trying my best to attend TX2K11 to kick some butt, but now its looks like I am getting my butt kicked by this problem

    Any suggestions ?

Did you sync the timing of the motor with a timing light to the timing in the BS3? Do you have a good engine ground?

You have a cam sensor problem. The UEGOR should be showing 28 when cranking. We had a similar problem but the sensor was reading 26 and no spark until we got it set up correctly,
