I am starting on PumpkinHead JR. car looks just like PumpkinHead that I owned and sold to one of my best friends Clifton (aka wraith) https://www.theturboforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=84871.0

This time I am building an efi street car  But can't decide on intake -

    1. 351W lightning lower (ported) with Downs Box upper - Already have this setup.
    2. 351w TFS R intake - Friend will trade me for setup above
    3. Victor Jr. Sypder intake setup.

    The motor will consist of:

    351w - Roller block
    Aries pistons
    forged H-beam rods
Stock Crank - just main studs
B-451 cam - just like pumpkinhead Sr. :D
    AFR185's (little work done)
BG turbo kit - Master power 76mm
    60lb injectors
    75mm TB
    MegaSquirt PNP
    PA C4 - PTC converter
    A1000 setup

Id go with the TFS R intake. Youd still have a decent low end power and good up top power but then again it depends on what youre gonna spin it to as well.................

Ive also thought about doing the same thing and Ive also been suggested the Victor 5.8 EFI and the TFS R Box. Sounds like your goals would be about the same as mine if I went the 351 route.

I set goals that I know I can meet and then crush them. Pumpkinhead Sr. goal was a 5.99 in the 1/8th mile and it went an 5.85 off the trailer and down to a 5.42 (115mph to 129mph) - Thanks to Wraith, TurboStang and all of our friends!!!

So I figure 600rwhp would be nice on the street. Plus it would give me some room to improve upon.

I decided to go with the TFS R intake. Motor should be in the car by next weekend and possibly running within a few weeks.

I always suggest an EFI intake. To me it doesn't matter the brand in a turbo application.

Regarding a carb intake converted to EFI you should be aware that due to the extreme runner length differences that I have seen variances in cylinders upwards of 10%. Its not a problem if you have an EFI system that allows individual cylinder control.

    Just an FYI/Opinion
