bench vice. You can get by without but if your TIG welding its very nice. Rat tail file for cleaning inside the tube after you cut it

surprsied no one has mentioned measuring tools.

    -Venier/dial calipers
    -tape measure
    -angle gauge

    Among the other stuff
    -Arrow magnets
-die grinder (love my die grinder handiest shi ever)

I used a sawszall to cut all my tubing, would rather have a band saw but the sawzall gets it done.

Also agree on the rat tail file to debur the tubing cuts.

i'm with everyone else: chop saw, welder, die grinder, file, sharpie, tape measure are all musts.

a nice big air compressor, vice, and plasma cutter are nice if you can afford them

All I used was a sharpie, MIG, and a 3"cutoff wheeled cutter with air compressor. Chop saw would have been great to have, but if your careful its not truly needed. Drill press would be nice to have now :bang:

I prefer the half-round for deburring.
But yeah, with a MIG, angle grinder with cutoff wheels and flap discs, files, a good drill, and a hammer you can build just about anything. Built my whole car with those!

Stepped Unibit for bungs and holes, grinding/deburring bit on an air drill, chop saw or band saw and vice, angle and arrow magnets for holding/mocking, and last but not least a BEAD ROLLER! :chacha:
