Looks good. Have you talked to Brian yet? or found a solution for the header bolt?

Doesn't hurt to run it by him, maybe he knows the best way around it?

Does the downpipe go in and out easily? If not, I would think about putting another v-band by the firewall to change the plugs.

Awesome build!

Now tell us about yourself. You live in Sweden and your 24... Thats all we know. How are you so knowledgeable on mustangs and fabricating them? Are you a fabricator/mechanic by trade? How is it you live all the way over in Sweden yet you know exactly what parts to buy down to every last detail to turbocharge and build a perfect mustang? We have guys twice your age in America that have grown up with american v8's and wouldn't have a clue where to start. Bravo on this build. Love this car!

Haha LOL :D

Well I'm not a mechanic by trade...
Cars is only my hobby! And why I know so much (I feel like a newbee around the veterans here) is RESEARCH...
I bought my car when I was 19, started on the handling and suspension, after that the car was really fun to drive but it was
never a racer with the stock horsepower... So it was about there I registred on this forum, 2007!
Got my ideas from watching what others have and make an own conclusion on what to buy...
I started this build in the winter 2009, so 2 years of sorting out what parts to buy. 8)

My car is the only one outside the US with turbo? Correct me if I'm wrong! :D

Due to expensive shipping costs this build has not been cheap because most of the parts has been imported from the US!
Remeber I have no sponsors and I has build this car with my own cash..
SO IF ANY COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO BE REPRESENTED IN SWEDEN ON MY CAR LET ME KNOW!

Well thats about wrap it up

Installed my wideband controller and the db gauge from innovative...

It works good but I havent started it yet...

BUT.

I have a problem, on my computer I see AFR 22.30 in my megasuirt software and on my DB Gauge I see 21.80
Why??

I have soldered all the connections, they both share the same ground and power..
The only thing that I can think about is the signal cable is longer to the gauge then to the MSII EMS

It's a ground offset. You have to compensate programming the analog outs a flat voltage to measure the offset, then you adjust the programmed AFR or voltage by the error that you found.

Example: If you programmed the analog outs to 10AFR = 1V and 20 AFR = 2V , and the offset is 0.05 volts (which it represents 0.5 in AFR number error) , you subtract 0.05 from each voltage (10 AFR= 0.95v and 20AFR=1,95v) or 0.5 from the programmed AFR numbers (9.5 AFR=1v and 19.5 AFR=2v).

To program the flatline method , you adjust the same voltage for both AFR points , then with a voltmeter you measure the analogs wires and find the difference error. This flat programming causes the controller to output the same voltage irrespective of AFR.

Since 1994 , when some brazilian independent import shops started to import new the 94-95 mustangs from US (wasn't Brazil Ford) , and man, it was expensive because of taxes (U$52.000,00 at that time), some guys built turbos and twin-turbos , always running alcohol. So, there are some of them here , running strong in the streets,LOL. Turbo is very common here since late 70's. But I never saw a DIY build like yours !!!! Your is awsome , very well made and at minimum details :2thumbs: !!! I hope that my future turbo project in my 95 can be like yours  !

I feel your pain , the shipping and customs costs aren't cheap . Here I have to pay 60% of taxes under shipping price plus items price and then have to convert to brazilian money (U$1,00 = R$0,58) :'(... But thank to some US sellers and people at forums and ebay , lately I have had help to buy parts for my mustang .

LOL, I remember when I bought my GT40X heads from summit and they cost U$2.700,00 for me with the shipping and taxes ... and remember that with the conversion rate , they were even more expensive for me  ..

Well , keep us updated with your great build !!! :D
