My opinion of pro sports as always.... Pay everybody $150,000 a year and give them a bonus if they win a championship. I bet you will see a lot more hustle and more interesting games.

An owner can not pay more than the cap allows . And if he was going to offer something on the side , do you really think the public would know about it ?

 

he's not gonna get 1 billion all at once from anybody BUT they are estimating that in the next couple yrs or so his net worth will be around there or very close including endorsements and all. Sprinting is not near as lucrative as baketball, football, baseball etc. but every time i see these figures these athletes are paid, it makes me regret that i didn't keep on sprinting. When i was 21-22yrs old i was passing the 100m trap in 9.95 seconds and getting faster but my love for cars and chasing women's tail ruined that.....but at 21yrs old you know whats best right? Wish i had more DISCIPLINE and ambition then. I'm 31 now and can still clock a 10.20 in the 100m without any kind of pro training.

To a point yes. But 150k would not be enough for me as even a meager player. I feel 50 years old at 30 jusst from high school. Then do it more during the year, with bigger stronger people ? Sorry.
