got a couple more updates for everyone. the junkyard 302 is turning into a 331 since a couple of the cylinders were out on the block. gunna still use the gt40's and with the bigger .96 housing. thinkin about going with the victor efi intake.all of the cold side is done. i decided to go with 2.5 pipe on the cold side to make it easier.most of the welding is done in the engine bay. just got a couple more spots to touch up and it should be off to get painted. the hole in the firewall is were im gunna bring the 02's and wideband out from to make it look a little more like it should of been that way in the first place. here are some pics.

got alot done since last time i posted some pics. got the radiator and fan all mounted up. i welded some pieces of aluminum to the bottom to mount the fan and a piece on the top so i could use my steeda radiator cover. got the turbo mounted down pipe on wastegate on. i welded a bung into the cold side piping for the wastegate. all i need now i a pcv grommet, antifreeze, vac line and a bushing so i can mount the ect sensor in were the heater tube was. all the wiring is finally done, just got to wire up the fan and make everyting look neat.i used some 3inch intercooler piping to make a catch can, came out pretty good. im hoping to have it fire up Thursday. here are some pics

been a long time since i posted anything on the stang.the car made 429rwhp and i believe 485rwtq. my winter project was a wolfe 6 point roll bar that i modified by installing a piece of 1 3/4 between rear strut towers and tied the main hoop into subframes and upper torque boxes. the bar fit like a glove and highly recommend this kit to anyonelooking to do a roll bar. the jig notching is well worth the 100$.i also moved the catch can into the inner fender.

thanks guys im pretty pumped how the car is coming out.for me beeing 22 i think im doing pretty good. plan for the car is to keep it a street car that goes down the 1/4 couple times a year. i was going to do a full drag suspension then decided against it. im puttting new sportline springs in it,all new front control arm bushings and strange 10 ways all around. i was running 11psi makin that power. its a 331 stock block wikth gt40 heads and trickflow stage 1 cam.

looks good. but doesnt the catch can need to be the highest point on the coolant system? that way the air can bleed out correctly.

its not for the cooling system. i welded bungs on the valve covers to catch the oil if any come out from excess crank case pressure, instead of the oil blowing all over the engine bay with breathers on valve covers.
